IDXY - Pick a point on the screen and IDXY will start an Mleader for you with the arrow at the spot you picked. When you place the text, the text will include the X and Y coordinate of the spot you picked.

IDNE - (Coming Soon) Pick a point on the screen and IDNE will start an Mleader for you with the arrow at the spot you picked. When you place the text, the text will include the Northing and Easting (Y and X) coordinate of the spot you picked.

IDAREATEXT - Select a polyline, a circle or some other object which has an area and IDAREATEXT will place that area in a text object with your next pick.

LEADERTOMLEADER - For those old drawings with Qleaders (remember those?) LEADERTOMLEADER will 'convert' the seperate leader and text to a modern day Mleader. What it really does is reads the beginning and end of the leader and the insertion point and contents of the text you pick, then draws a new Mleader that closely matches the existing Leader and text that was there. It then erases the old leader and text. The new Mleader will be on the same layer as the previous leader.
